1. Advance Payment:
- For all direct reservations or bookings made through our website, a 25% advance payment of the total stay cost is required.
- If the customer does not make the 25% payment at the time of booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled after 3 days from the date of booking.
- The advance payment is non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date.
2. Special Discount:
- Reservations made directly through our website, email, or by phone are eligible for a special discount compared to rates offered on booking platforms like Booking.com.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- In case of cancellation, the 25% advance payment for the stay will not be refunded unless the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in the full stay cost being charged.
4. Reservation Changes:
- Changes to the reservation, such as check-in and check-out dates, are subject to availability.
- Changes to reservation dates are allowed, provided they are requested at least 7 days in advance of the original arrival date.
- Any price differences resulting from changes in reservation dates will be applied and must be paid at the time of the change.
- For changes requested within 7 days of the original arrival date, the original advance payment policy will be maintained, and no refunds will be made.
5. Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM. If you wish to check in early or check out late, please contact us to check availability and possible additional fees.
6. Guest Responsibility:
During their stay, guests are responsible for any damage caused to Chalet do Lago's facilities. The guest agrees to reimburse the accommodation for any damage incurred during their stay.
7. Changes in Services:
- Chalet do Lago reserves the right to make changes to the services and amenities offered, provided that it does not compromise the overall quality of the stay. We will do our best to inform you in advance of any significant changes
8. Privacy Policy:
The data provided during the booking process will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy. We guarantee that your information will only be used for purposes related to the reservation and will not be shared with third parties except when required by law.
